Water Or Paint Thinners?

Good Question. It's an easy question to answer.
  • If you are using water-based paints like latex then go with tap-water.
  • If You are using Oil-based paints like lacquer then go with paint thinners.
Note:- Never use heavyweight with high-density liquids or else it may cause damage to your paint sprayer.

Make sure that you don't get confused between which to choose either it's water or paint thinners. choose it wisely.

Bonus point:- For better cleaning use lukewarm water for latex paints.

1. Cleaning the nozzle:-

cleaning the nozzle is not an easy job. it requires patience and some practice before cleaning. Or else you would mess up or end up breaking something.

If there is any blockage or something is stuck in or jammed in some dirt then you can simply blow in reverse order of your paint sprayer.

2. Removing the needle

To remove the needle first you need to remove the boults, so take two wrenches, which are crescent wrench the right one and the socket wrench the opposite one.

Then using these both remove the boults and nuts, then pull the needle out, after that clean the o-ring or put the new one.

then again fix it back as it was before.

Extra maintenance

Taking proper care of the paint sprayer may last long. The important things you need to take care of is the piston and packing kit.
