Most importantly three parts are really required to clean properly. These are the main parts of the device.
The paint remained in the sprayer after spraying must be pumped out of the air hose. Otherwise, it may harden the pipe and would cause defects and malfunction.
Once the sprayer gets a defect, then probably it may require many dollars to repair. So, handle it carefully.

Make sure that you don't get confused between which to choose either it's water or paint thinners. choose it wisely.
Bonus point:- For better cleaning use lukewarm water for latex paints.
If there is any blockage or something is stuck in or jammed in some dirt then you can simply blow in reverse order of your paint sprayer.
if you are looking for long term usage and storage, then I would suggest you use an hourglass type of cleaning system.
which would help you to prevent from sticking of paint to the nozzle, as a result, which would extend the life of airless paint sprayers, which really benefits you.

Water Or Paint Thinners?
Good Question. It's an easy question to answer.- If you are using water-based paints like latex then go with tap-water.
- If You are using Oil-based paints like lacquer then go with paint thinners.

To remove the needle first you need to remove the boults, so take two wrenches, which are crescent wrench the right one and the socket wrench the opposite one.Then using these both remove the boults and nuts, then pull the needle out, after that clean the o-ring or put the new one.
